Old Friend Women's Scuff Slippers - Cozy Indoor/Outdoor House Shoes for Relaxing at Home

I have cold feet. All year long. I wear these at all hours when I am home. I need some cushioning. I liked the idea of UGG slippers but my wallet most certainly did not. So six years ago I found these slippers here on Amazon and as they met all my criteria-real sheepskin slippers lined in real fleece, and with an indoor-outdoor sole so I could take the dog out in them. I’d tried other slippers with synthetic sheepskin, and while they can be warm, they don’t breathe, and my feet just sweated. These are a bit snug when you first get them as suede/sheepskin will stretch a bit, and the shearling inside will compact a bit as well. I simply wore them out in the sole at the heel. I did try using sneaker repair “goop” to pad the heel hole and I was able to get some more months of use. The entire uppers were in great shape otherwise.I did buy four other pairs of real sheepskin slippers that all looked nearly identical to these and which were also about $50 and all five arrived at the same time. I was really torn on which to keep as I liked them all. But ultimately I decided to go with Old Friends again as I certainly got my money’s worth the first time - less than $10 per year! I hope these will last as long.
